Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TokClaw AI (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TokClaw AI platform and websites (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect. Account information (name, email, credentials); purchase information from our payment processors and retailers (including JVZoo) — we do not receive or store full card numbers; the content you create and the inputs you provide (the web addresses you submit, text hooks, images, and the finished slideshows), stored so the Service functions; credentials you choose to give us for third-party services, as described in section 4; and standard usage data (IP address, browser, feature usage) via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use information. To provide and operate the Service, process purchases, provide support, send transactional messages and optional product updates (opt out anytime), maintain security, and improve the Service.

3. AI processing. Your inputs are processed by AI model providers (ours and, where you connect your own API keys, yours) solely to produce your output. Providers you connect yourself also apply their own privacy terms.

4. Third-party scheduling and social accounts. Publishing is optional and runs through a third-party scheduling service that you connect using your own API key. If you choose to connect one, we store that key so the Service can schedule and publish posts on your behalf, and we use it for no other purpose. You can remove it at any time, which stops all publishing. We do not ask for, receive, or store the passwords of your social media accounts. Where a social platform provides us with information in connection with publishing to an account you control, we use it only to deliver and report on that publishing. Content you publish is thereafter governed by that platform’s own privacy policy.

4a. TikTok. If you choose to connect a TikTok account, TikTok provides us with your TikTok open ID, display name and profile picture, together with an access token and a refresh token that let the Service act for that account. We store the tokens encrypted. We never ask for, receive, or store your TikTok password. We use this information for two purposes only: to show you which TikTok account is connected, and to publish to that account the slideshows you choose to post — a post goes to TikTok only when you post it; TikTok retrieves the images for those posts from our own image domain. We do not sell information received from TikTok, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not read or use your other TikTok content for any purpose other than publishing. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Posting → TikTok → “Disconnect TikTok”; this revokes our access at TikTok and deletes the stored tokens and the account record from the Service. You can also remove the Service’s access from within the TikTok app. Content you publish to TikTok is thereafter governed by TikTok’s own privacy policy. To ask us to delete any other data we hold about you, contact us as described in section 11.

5. Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, storage, payment, email, AI model providers, image providers, the scheduling service you connect, and TikTok, where you connect a TikTok account) under obligations to protect it, or where required by law.

6. Cookies. Used for sign-in sessions and basic analytics; control them in your browser (the Service needs session cookies to function).

7. Retention and deletion. We keep account data, your content, and any connected third-party key while your account is active; request deletion anytime (Contact below), and disconnecting a key deletes it. Purchase records may be retained as required by law.

8. Your rights. Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Where GDPR/CCPA or similar laws apply, we honor the rights they provide.

9. Children. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes. Updates are reflected in the “Last updated” date; material changes are notified through the Service.

11. Contact. support.explaindio.com. TokClaw AI is a product of Explaindio LLC.
